03:00 pm - The Gods Love Me! So I was supposed to have a 3 hour job search BS thing today for my job network member. I arrive there through the sweltering heat and walk inside. 10 mins later a storm comes out of nowhere and blows the power out of the whole area, cancelling the session.. WOOOO!

11:38 am - IMMD I was in LA with my family and we hopped on the metro and sat down. The next stop a clown got on and sat down and started making balloon animals for the passengers. The following stop another clown got on. They acknowledged each other with a nod of the head and a glare of the eyes, then started a balloon-animal battle. IMMD.
My 12 year old daughter ran up to me with her iPod. She put one earbud in each nostril, cranked up some tunes and the music came out of her mouth. Then she opened and shut her mouth making it seem like the music was going on and off. IMMD!
My neighbor decided to buy some funky looking flowerpots. She didn’t notice that they were bongs until i told her what they were used for. IMMD

02:45 pm - And you thought the banning of left 4 dead was bad "Guido Núñez-Mujica, a 26-year-old Boing Boing reader in Venezuela who is an avid gamer, writes in with this extensive personal observation piece about a new law that widely criminalizes video games in the South American country. As you read the piece, please also bear in mind that publishing this sort of thing under one's full name is not done without personal risk."
